In a time when there are many different forms of yoga, we seek to preserve a more authentic form of yoga.

Different from most yoga schools here in Copenhagen today, our classes are organized as progressive 'courses'. 

This will allow you to experience the real depth of yoga, and to benefit fully from the practices. Having said that, we do also offer a few open classes where you can try the yoga before you commit to a whole course.

We teach a wide variety of yoga and meditation techniques: Yoga's purification methods (Shat Karma), yoga postures (Asana), breathing exercises (Pranayama), postures and locks (Mudra and Bandha). In addition, we use relaxation methods (such as Yoga Nidra) , concentration techniques (Trataka) and meditation ( Source of Energy and Inner Silence

In most of our classes, we teach a sequence combining the practices. Starting with physical yoga, we move to the pranayama and the last part of the class is devoted to relaxation, concentration and meditation.Our classes are long - from 1hour 45 minutes up to 2 hours and 15 minutes. This will give you a truly thorough rejuvenation for body, breath and mind. Many students over the years have stated that the yoga we teach has been life changing. Most of us have busy lives, where it's easy to accumulate stress.
