Weekend course Yoga and Meditation in English
This weekend course includes physical yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation, yogic eye exercises and the concentration technique tratak.
The combination of the physical yoga, the meditation and all the other practices is thoroughly rejuvenating. It will help you to meet the winter season with energy and inspiration.

Gyanashakti

Gyanashakti has been teaching for 25 years and has lived and taught in Stockholm, southern Sweden, Oslo, and London.
She has worked in a diverse range of settings, offering yoga for refugees, private classes, yoga for diabetes, corporate yoga, prenatal yoga, and children’s yoga, among others.
Gyanashakti is accustomed to teaching individuals from all walks of life and varying age groups. She strives to create an inclusive environment, teaching with warmth and kindness.
Before embarking on her yoga teaching career, she worked as a physiotherapist in Stockholm, specializing in cardiac rehabilitation.
Although Gyanashakti is British, she has resided in Sweden for many years and has spent the last five years living and working in Copenhagen.
