Yoga and Meditation: Saturdays at 10.00 AM

Are you curious about yoga and meditation but don’t know where to start… or are you already practising and want to explore the practices further? 
Then the Saturday class is for you. Everyone is welcome.

Here you will discover the depth of yoga and the  stillness of meditation – all at your own pace. 
We create a safe space where you can explore your body and mind, whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience. 

On the course you will experience: 

Both gentle and effective yoga exercises that strengthen body and mind, as well as the more classical yoga poses. 
Breathing exercises that give you more energy and inner balance. 
Relaxation and meditation that open the door to calm and clarity. 

Practical information:
Yoga mats and blankets are available in the room.

• Price: DKK 200 per class / DKK 760/675 for 4 weeks

Gyanashakti

Gyanashakti

Gyanashakti has been teaching for 25 years and has lived and taught in Stockholm, southern Sweden, Oslo, and London.

She has worked in a diverse range of settings, offering yoga for refugees, private classes, yoga for diabetes, corporate yoga, prenatal yoga, and children’s yoga, among others.

Gyanashakti is accustomed to teaching individuals from all walks of life and varying age groups. She strives to create an inclusive environment, teaching with warmth and kindness.

Before embarking on her yoga teaching career, she worked as a physiotherapist in Stockholm, specializing in cardiac rehabilitation.

Although Gyanashakti is British, she has resided in Sweden for many years and has spent the last five years living and working in Copenhagen.
