Discover Your Inner Source of Energy and Well-being
The Source of Energy - Meditation Course

Mondays from 19.30-21.00

In this course, you will learn the entire meditation "The Source of Energy." It is a dynamic meditation based on a special yogic breathing technique (ujjayi pranayama) that elevates, strengthens, and harmonizes the energy throughout your entire being.

The teaching will be conducted in easy-to-understand English.

Along with the breath, you will learn to connect with and awaken some of the body’s central energy flows and centers (nadis and chakras).

In a step-by-step process, you will be guided into an intensified and refined experience of energy, leading you into the stillness and clarity deep within your innermost being.

In the course, we will also discuss how you can incorporate the meditation into your daily life, allowing the beneficial effects of meditation to become a lasting part of your life.

No prior knowledge is necessary to participate in this course. Everyone is welcome!
